I'm going to push to have my organization choose another partner. Products are not described correctly. For example, the women's flannel shirt is most certainly NOT flannel and not even winter appropriate. The print is often in an awkward place and rubs off things after a few uses. They are not setup to handle billing easily this step adds extra time to orders. Customer Service is pretty decent when you do have problems, but every time is a problem.

I was not impressed by their services. Many times their products did not come as expected. There are many other providers to choose from.

Horrible and cheap products. Account managers dropping the ball. We had many late deliveries. The team was not helpful and did not want to go the extra mile to help. There are a million vendors to use. Literally. Why would you use one that is as dysfunctional, lazy, and unfriendly like this one?! We had to fire them. We never do that. Run!
