Mr. Albert is amazing with my 3 year old. He's always excited for his occupational therapy and engages well with Mr. Albert. We'd almost given up finding a therapist that would have the patients our special needs children require.
When my son aged out of Easter Seals I was so worried in finding in-home therapy for him so when we were referred to Branding Hearts I was thrilled. My son has been working with Mr. Albert for OT and I have seen huge improvements in him. I am present for every session and my son got attached to Mr. Albert very quickly. I can tell my son enjoys his sessions and is not at all tense like he usually is around others. We are so glad to have Mr. Albert helping my son and can’t wait to see many many more improvements in the future.
Been in this field for 7 years, no explanation or reason for anything, Did not even start working after orientation. This company will leave you confused w/ poor communication skills. Don’t keep your hopes up when finding some work here. You will be disappointed
My daughter was hospitalized for her first 82 days of life. We came home and continued therapies. I was worried because our therapists from the hospital would not be available to come to our home. With the help of our case worker in the hospital, we contacted Branding Hearts for OT and Speech. Albert and Z have gone above and beyond for my now 11 month old. Albert is an excellent OT who is very comfortable working with babies. My granddaughter works with him and I can see the progress.
