She is the best!
If you’re looking for an office staff that doesn’t do their jobs effectively, you found it!!!! I saw Dr. Brandie (no problems whatsoever with her btw) on 10/22 regarding a severe knee injury. She stated she would fax over the referral to my orthopedic. My appt with ortho was scheduled for today, 11/4; I received a text from ortho on 11/3 that they hadn’t received the referral still…so I call Dr. Brandie’s office and of course, no answer so I left a VM. Dra. Astudillo is amazing! She really listens and gives honest, thoughtful advice that truly helps. I love her approach. I’ve always been very picky. I love how — she’s caring, patient, and makes you feel comfortable talking about anything. I truly appreciate her. Very lucky to call her my primary doctor.
I had a new patient appointment yesterday and was very impressed. The staff was friendly and engaging. Dr. Astudillo spent time with me, reviewed my entire history which is lengthy, and really listened and engaged with me. I am happy to have a new primary doctor who is so thorough. Looking forward to a great patient-doctor relationship. It was only my first visit but so far so good!
Read her previous reviews (which is what we should have done prior to seeing her!) Horrible doctor.. rude, condescending, disrespectful, treated without dignity. Do NOT recommend this family doctor. She would not listen to patient’s health concerns and behaved as though she did not have time to do her job!! We WILL be complaining to the University of Miami, to her superiors, social media, and spreading the word!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SO-CALLED DOCTOR!!
