So disappointed in this dr’s office. They clearly don’t communicate with each other.. I’ve been calling for days to see if any one had canceled so I can follow up on an urgent care visit, I finally get one and they immediately cancel it and rebook without even asking for a later date than my original dr’s visit. I called explaining why I needed a sooner app and again, 0 help, then I ask to just cancel all my app and that’s when she “finally decides to find an app” all to answer the phone and say there’s nothing for this week... read more

So odd...The first two visits, I found her to be very friendly and attentive. Then months later, I referred my husband to start seeing her. He came home from his appointment stating that he would never go back and that he was treated extremely disrespectfully, as if his appointment was a burden to her. I was convinced that he was mistaken and had seen someone else. But, when I returned for my next visit- same thing. It was like she was a completely different person--very agitated and rude. Scheduled an appointment for me after taking my insurance, appointments are out 1.5-2 months. They allowed me to wait all the way until the time of the appointment to let me know they no longer take my insurance. I would not trust anything from this Dr., their credibility is completely garbage, i strongly encourage you to find another Dr.
I left a very detailed negative review earlier and it was suspiciously deleted. I was referred to Brandie from my dermatologist for 3 concerns: lupus, and two suspicious lumps. Brandie made it clear that she did not want to spend the time to address my concerns, even if another professional recommended follow up with a PCP such as herself. She even went as far as saying, 'I can only address one thing'. Completely disregarding everything else. I am an older person with a great deal of experience regarding physician experiences . Dr. Viera is not only kind and patient but she is also brilliant. She knows everything about every medicine, every surgery, every part of the body. Any question I ask her gets a full and thorough answer. Plus she knows meds and does not prescribe lightly. Very very thankful for her.
