I like Dr Dinh she is friendly, candid, and takes the time to explain things. However, I removed stars because the office is disorganized and the receptionists set expectations poorly and do not pay attention to client needs or questions. They are simply not considerate of the clients. For example, I initially called and asked for metal braces and the receptionist scheduled an appointment… I took time off work to come in and was told after waiting 20 minutes that they don’t provide any metal braces only Invisalign 😑. I did Invisalign with Dr. Dinh and my friends and family tell me all the time they see a difference with my smile. Best dentist ever.
