Brandi King is quite possibly the best person I've ever worked with in any situation. She went well above and beyond anything anyone could have asked for and I advise anyone looking to either buy OR sell to work with her.
Brandi is very down to earth and personable. She allowed us to look around at our own pace. She pointed out the highlights of each of the houses she showed us. We were very pleased with the guidance and time she spent with us. We ended up with a nice house on 1/2 acre.
Brandi was instrumental in our move to Eastern KY from Ohio. This is our 4th home, but she is the only realtor that got to know us, and went the extra mile(s - literally) to find home suggestions , look at what the home could be and how it matched our goals . She puts in time to show you the whole property, what it looks like driving up, the views on the property, etc not just structures which is extremely important when buying a homestead!
