A family member had a routine checkup visit and lab work done in order to receive refills for hormonal medications, it has now been 2-3 weeks since they have had that medication and since the time of the last visit. The only time we have been able to get into touch with anyone is during after hours where we are told that no one can do anything because the Dr's are not in. If you are expecting do NOT go to this practice they will cause you a lot of unneeded stress. This doctor or practice does not answer the phone and never calls back. I have even went into my chart and messages this doctor as well as others directly and Brandi NEVER responds. It is very unprofessional. Good luck finding out results that you should know. They act like you are a criminal for having questions and wanting to know about your unborn child. Do your self a favor and find a different doctors office to deliver your chi... read more
