If you enjoy being under the impression your loved one will be coming here all week, then the day before getting released from the hospital told they no longer have availability then this is the place for you! Michael Barnes is extremely rude and unprofessional. Went as far as telling me ‘this isn’t a hotel’ and that he held a bed for a full day, and then proceeded to tell me she was never accepted in the first place.
