Asian lady that answered the phone was extremely unhelpful and rude. I kept asking for when the next opening was and she refused to tell me and actually laughed at me for trying to book an appointment!! Then when I asked again when the next opening is, she dismissed me by saying bye! I guess they aren't allowed to hang up on customers, so she just started typing in my ear. Called to make an appointment for an eye exam and the receptionist kept saying, “next appointment is far away,” and wouldn’t help me book it. When I tried to ask when their next opening was, she explained that is was pink eye season. I wasn’t sure how that related to my question, so I asked again when their next appointment was and she hung up.
After treatment I have 20/20 vision without glasses or surgery!! Was experiencing blurry vision, dry eyes, cataract It was a blessing to find the Brandermill Eye Center. I have searched for a long time for a doctor to find out the reasons for the problems I was having with my eyes and to actually care about their patients and when I started going to see doctor Angela shen at the brandermill eye center she was so kind to me and she found out what was going on with my eyes and was very patient with me and now I have 20/20 eye ... read more
