Truly a terrible, self-serving HOA! A complete lack of concern about residents' issues and frustrations, ridiculously inconsistent compliance enforcement, pet projects solely selected by the BCA, making simple tasks difficult (pool registration, boat registration, communication, losing submitted documents, etc.), uncaring office staff, allowing full open public use of Sunday Park, hiring third-parties to do literally everything for them and making changes that benefit the HOA rather than residents make Brandermill a frustrat... read more
