I started using Brandenburg's back when I was in college in the late 1980's. Been using Brandenburg's every since. I have never had any problem with the work or them being honest with me. I only gave 4 stars b/c no one is perfect.
CHOOSE ANOTHER SHOP! TOOK MY CAR IN FOR AN ESTIMATE AND RECEIVED A CALL STATING MY CAR WAS "REPAIRED" AND READY TO PICK UP. THEY FIXED MY CAR WITHOUT CALLING ME BACK WITH AN ESTIMATE...AND I FOOLISHLY PAID THEM FOR UNAUTHORIZED WORK!!! UPDATE! 10/11/12After 5 months of deliberating with the Better Business Bureau & Brandenburg Auto Repair about my complaint, we finally came to an aggrement through mediation and the help of Brandenburgs Lawyer
