JIMBO cant follow directions. Ask him to NOT rotate my tires and they did it any way. Maybe write it on the work order. Directions really help. So apparently if you buy 35 inch tires from them they will mount and balance them. But if you have your own tires they cant do it. Maybe the girl who answers the phone should know what shes talking about before she answers the phone. Lost my business.

Ok this was just my experience at brandenburg auto clinic today on 1/22/25. i have going to them for over 7 years now and it could be more then that. I took my in on sunday night so that can look at it monday morning like Megan the front deck women said. well took it in because there was a vibration in the steering wheel and when i put it in gear my car would bog down like it wanted to shut off on me and the lights would go dim when i would try to put them down and even my dash lights would go dim as well. so before i took m... read more
