First of all, the arborist who came out spent time with me answering all my many questions and assuring me that all would be well. He also helped me understand how the other trees would be healthier if pruned properly. Jacob kept me informed as to when the tree work would be done and when bad weather postponed it, he let me know right away. He continued that great communication for the make-up days. Recently worked with Brandenberger Tree Care Professionals to clear invasive species and dead trees from our forest area and they exceeded our expectations! It was a muddy job and they even went above and beyond to clean up. Would highly recommend!
I had two very tall old growth trees and tree trunks removed along with branch trimming on four other trees. This was a two day project. The crew was professional in every manner. When the job was completed the property was completely cleaned up. I highly recommend Mason Brandenberger and his team.
I called Brandenberger several years ago for cabling my tree. The trunk started to split. The price was very reasonable and how did I know that? I didn’t but I did ask an arborist who had recommended them, although at the time I did not know they have their own arborist. Going forward several years I had Brandenberger look at my tree again. It was on a downward spiral, and even though there were a few years left maybe, I did not want to risk a split which could happen over my sidewalk or house. Great experience overall. Quotation for work was accurate reflecting the work I wanted done. The clearing, grubbing, and tree removal was as desired. Pre and Post job walk about was very professional
