Professional, friendly, thorough service!
I saw Brandon for a follow up from my ER visit 4 days ago for a 2nd degree burn on my arm for pain management. He refused to give me any pain medication for a burn that is quite obviously painful, wasting my time and scheduling a visit with my doctor tomorrow. The only reason I came in was to get medicine I can’t get over the counter for pain, why does he treat fully grown adults like children? I have worked w/Branden and the office staff for past few years. I have always gotten in quickly and been treated with professional kindness. He is relaxed, but shows genuine concern when my needs are discussed. Good Medical service is rare when it comes to treatment and getting clear answers. I have never had that issue here. Great Service all the way around.
Very helpful and helped me on short notice. Knew what tests to do, without going overboard and figured out the cause of my issue and proper treatment.
