I’m finishing my studies at Brandeis and want to express my deepest appreciation for the outstanding care I received at the Health Center. The nurse practitioners, Michelle and Amy, are not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to the well-being of every patient. I’m updating my review to 5 stars, thanks to the exceptional care from Michelle at Brandeis Health Center. She is incredibly caring and makes the entire visit a pleasant experience. Well done, Brandeis, for having such a wonderful healthcare provider on your team!
Place has greatly improved. They are listening to student feedback and are making accommodations to make themselves more accessible. Their hours aren’t perfect, but you can make things work. The staff are very nice and welcoming and the doctors are very knowledgeable and passionate about their work.
The services have greatly improved since my first year, from the welcoming staff to the hours, to the overall care. Also really like all of the resources, zines, and information they have in the front for students.
I think bleeding out would be more pleasurable than dealing with the staff here...
