This place is a joke . Who is ever is running it needs some serious help. I spend more time returning wrong parts then working . Your long haired kid in the parts department acts like he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Constantly getting wrong parts from him and he doesn’t know how to fix it . The guy up at the parts counter isn’t any better he’s always got an attitude like we are wasting his time . Ive purchase 2 machines here and rented quite a few. Alex Rains is the man! Got me a sweet deal on a PC 238 and a TL10. Truley goes above and beyond for his clients. Will be my only spot to buy machines from now on. 10/10
Great staff professional and clean
I Called Brandeis at their Lexington KY location and talked with Kenny and Wayne to have a Tech come out and look at my D51 Dozer. The Tech was Health McClain, he was on time, very polite, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and fixed my Dozer! It runs perfect now. Thankyou to Brandeis, Kenny, Wayne and especially Health for coming out to Richmond KY.
