First time getting a haircut with Whitney, and she made the experience really fun and comfortable. We had a great consultation, and I really felt like she understood what I was going for. She paid attention to small details like cleaning up the back of my neck with a razor and making sure to hone in on the parts of my hair that always wind up bulky after a couple of weeks. I have been getting my hair cut by Whitney for ~6 months now, I have only had excellent experience across the board. The service, haircut and overall experience is by far the best experiences I have had in Chicago and in general. Whitney also is a pleasure to talk to and makes the hair cut fly bye. Cannot recommend Whitney and Branded Grooming enough.
