Brandco has serviced our gas fireplace 2 times over the last 5 years and both time it was because the pilot light would not light. Our unit was installed in 2003 when the house was built, and they still had the records for it. The first time we had it serviced ever was about 5 years ago and they did a superb and cleaning of the entire system. the fireplace is still operating well even though it likely has out lived it intended life span.
I highly recommend Brandco Inc for all of your fireplace, stone and paver needs. We just built a new home and I love our fireplace, driveway and walkway combination. Our wood- burning fireplace has a much larger box this time around. Brandco recommended going this route for our new build. The schedule was great to work with and the technician was kind, courteous and did Ann excellent job.
We can’t say enough how professional and how knowledgeable Israel is he made this experience very enjoyable and he made sure we had the perfect set up he also took the time to explain the process and maintenance of the fireplace blower thank you so much Israel and we can’t wait to have you service our fireplace in the future !
