I have been trying for three weeks to get magnolias from the Fort Smith store sent on the truck up to Tontitown. No luck. No one cares or gives two sh----. I have replaced these Magnolias three times now at full price within the year guarantee. Not one offer of a price break or replacement trees. Customer Service is not an option at this nursery. Losers one and all.
I went there three times this Spring needing help in suggestions and recommendations in landscaping my entire yard. I was planning on installing all of the plants myself. I was asked to provide a sketch of the flower beds. I provided the information and photographs by email on April 13.
