Honestly the worst experience I have ever had was trying to get scheduled here with a referral from my normal dentist. Front desk people are lazy and don’t call when they say they will. I spent way too long calling them trying to get scheduled with no luck. I have a mouth infection and am needing a Root Canal. They can’t even be bothered to actually schedule patients needing care. Go anywhere else.

We have been having a hard time finding the perfect dentist for my daughter who has autism, anxiety and sensory issues when it comes to the dentist. We are so glad we found Dr. Jackson and his team. Dr. Jackson and his assistant Marissa were amazing. My daughter needed a tooth pulled and some cavities filled and they talk to her the whole way through on what they were going to do and how she was feeling. They were so patient and gentle with her. Rescheduled update. Little smoother then last visit. The lady I had a bad interaction with was who I doubt with again. Attitude was better. She was also the one who "set up my automatic payment last visit" but unfortunately she didn't do it correct. So had to set this up for the 3rd or 4th time again. Minus this hiccup, i did get called bck promptly. The young lady who helped me in the bck was welcoming. Appreciate this visit better then last... Appt was at 1130. Checked in 5 mins early.
