On Feb 10th while on Travel a Valet company in Philadelphia lost my keys and I was with out my car...They towed my car to Mercedes of Alexandria for new keys to be made and the team and Mr Boatwright expedited the process because I had to travel yet again the next week... I LOVE THIS TEAM. Thanks guys... I appreciate you all...

I own one of the few SLK 32 AMG models and even the mileage is only 55000 there are certain things that just get worn out. It happened to be the alarm system after a battery replacement that drove my neighbors and me crazy by going off at random. Mercedes fixed the problem and all is good again. After a Mercedes Benz dealership visit I always jokingly say "I got the best but most expensive car wash" .... The cars come back in pristine conditions.
