If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an appointment with Marina to view an apartment I was very excited about. I bussed all the way down to Divis (from SOMA), took time out of my Sunday for this appointment, stood outside the apartment (where Marina told me to meet her at 5 pm sharp) for 15 minutes before I called her. She answered and was completely clueless as to who I was. When I explained that we had an appointment she simply said, "Oh, that apartment was rented yesterday, sorry."
