I have been a customer of Bratcher's for over 30 years. I have purchased 3 Lennox systems from them during this time (we moved over the years and I always wanted the very best HVAC in our homes). We like the Lennox systems but even more than that we value the service we get from Bratcher. It is outstanding. I deeply appreciate that service as much as the products they sell. They are just good people to deal with.
I recently had some issues with my thermostat that was beyond anything I knew or could figure out how to fix. I had called my standard heating and air repair company, but for some reason they would never get back in touch with me. I needed my thermostat fixed so I called Bratcher. As usual, top notch. I've relied on Bratcher for a number of years and have always found them to be professional and ready to help. Today Brian P. did the work on the furnace and was more than willing to help me with the fireplace. He even allowed me to wipe down the fireplace screen while he was here and then, since I have a bad knee, put the fireplace front back in place for me. I am so grateful.
