Poor customer service – I do not recommend living in a Bettina Equities Building. Their customer service is poor. It is very difficult to get things fixed in the buidings and they often do not tell the truth about pest problems that are in their buildings. Their prices may be cheap by New York City standards, but you have to deal with their management company hanging up the phone on you, not returning phone calls, and telling you lies. Not to mention that their supers engage in the same behavior.
