My experience at this office was very good. The hygienists are always on time and pleasant and I especially like Chris. She's gentle but thorough. I didn't have to wait for the dentist to come in to check my teeth and she is very nice and friendly.
The procedure was started punctually after being warmly greeted by the staff. Dr. Pavlicik made sure there was no discomfort by giving novacaine. She took great care to insure the fitting by re-doing and polishing the temporary crown. Even when I knocked it out a few days later, I showed up and was immediately taken into the office to have it re-installed. Dr.Pavlicic and her staff are amazing, gentle and caring. I was horrified of the dentist and ever since I found this place I have no problem going to get procedures or cleanings. Best dentist in the world!!!!!
When Dr. Vincent Trossello retired and I learned that another dentist had bought his practice, I decided to give the new dentist a try. After all, I trusted that Dr. Trossello would not have sold his practice to anyone who did not meet his high standard of excellence. After many years with the same Dentist I was a bit fearful as to who would be taking over the practice at So. Shore Dental P. Well having had a few appointments with Dr Pavlocic now I have no need for further fret. Doctor P is sooo friendly, warm, kind and gentle.
