Such an easy and fun process! Made a shirt to celebrate finding out I was going to be an uncle and the staff made sure it was perfect. Couldn't ask for a better company to fit your needs!
I don't know if there is a change in management or what, but this used to be my go to company for custom tshirt even though I live in NYC. HOWEVER their customer service has dwindled and they have failed to meet important and agreed upon deadlines. I will not be using them again and I can no longer refer them to anyone as I have done in the past.
Great place to order custom shirts for your upcoming events or just for fun! The staff is always professional and courteous, and they were really helpful in our design of our custom tank tops. Poorly run company. Apparently the owner of Brand X Custom T's forgets that it is the customer's satisfaction that builds a reputable, successful business. As a business owner myself, I would NOT recommend their services to anyone. They offered no solution to a failed deadline that was 100% their fault.
If I could give no stars I would. Two times they failed to meet a deadline they were given. The owner could care less about my trouble and offered no solution. I will never use them again and I strongly recommend nobody uses them either.
RecommendedThe quality of the print was astounding and I was really pleased with the speed at which the t-shirts were delivered. I ordered custom shirts for a bachelor party and they were a huge hit. Team member Alyssa came up with a creative idea for us and knocked it out of the park.
They quoted one price then gave on other. Very unprofessional.
I am extremely happy with the quality of the shirt I have ordered, and in fact we are getting ready to place our next order, as all of my employees LOVE the shirts!~
