Super rude to people in the service industry. If you own a business be kind to others
Literally best place in town for Kids/Youth fitness. If you want your kid to excel in sports, gain vertical jump, or just in general gain overall fitness - this is your place. Perfect blend of stretching, weight/strength, and fitness. There are a few awesome adult classes (adult classes are 5 am, 6 am) as well that are more low key but you will still see big gains. Prices are really fair (less than half the cost of CrossFit!!!)
