Between them and GE they are completely inept and never sent anyone to fix a one month old stove after 8 calls. Ended up with Mr appliance out of fort Collins and they scheduled after 1 call.
They installed a defective part. The oven worked three times after the repair when I called them I was 3 days late in my 60-day warranty. No help nothing. Would strongly recommend to use a different company.
Joel the representive was Polite knew his job in other words knew exactly what he was doing, and explain the warranty Great Customer Service..
Excellent service. Quickly repaired the microwave and thoroughly checked all components to insure there were no additional problems. Very happy with his professionalism.
