There is an amazing tech named Keith. He knows appliances so well. Unfortunately working with their dispatch employee, Trina, has been ongoing and nonproductive. She held up a repair which should have been done much sooner that caused unnecessary damage to the washing machine. The worst part is that she didn’t care. Too bad this is the appliance repair company for Appliance Factory. I ended up having to replace a new washer and dryer set due to Trina’s negligence.
Between them and GE they are completely inept and never sent anyone to fix a one month old stove after 8 calls. Ended up with Mr appliance out of fort Collins and they scheduled after 1 call.
They installed a defective part. The oven worked three times after the repair when I called them I was 3 days late in my 60-day warranty. No help nothing. Would strongly recommend to use a different company.
Joel the representive was Polite knew his job in other words knew exactly what he was doing, and explain the warranty Great Customer Service..
