Called to find out about a medical debt that I was served papers for about a month and a half ago. I was told the amount and the date it would be due and told that it has to be paid by cashiers check or money order. I am trying to pay this collection and nobody answers the phone. I called seven times and get no answer. Hello, I'm making this statement publicly only because I can't seem to get Katherine back on the phone in order to speak with a managing partner regarding my complaint of her unprofessional and unpleasant character. I called and spoke with Ms./ Mrs. Katherine back in August regarding a debt I was served with from a medical procedure.
