This firm is a rip off. My employer overpaid my garnishment and I'm trying to find out when they are sending the refund. They will not answer the phone, which has been a month. I think they are trying to steal my money because they refuse to return my calls. Advance Credit said I have to call this firm who handles the money. Sad and no one will help or pick up the phone.
