I was initially disappointed as I paid for express shipping but received regular shipping instead, which caused a delay. However, Gina handled the matter with exceptional professionalism and courtesy, promptly arranging a full refund of the shipping cost. Her response and support were outstanding.
What a scam. Buy a RACGP products, sent by Brand Republic. Paid for express shipping via Aus Post. Stated 1-3 business day. I ended up received received standard shipping via Sendle that took more than 1 week to arrive. No explanation, no communication. Just straight on scamming me for the shipping fee and fail to deliver as promised.
