I ordered blades for my Ariens zero turn mower from Brand New Engines through Amazon. I was sent the wrong blades. I contacted Brand New Engines. They apologized and told me they would immediately send me out the right blades and a return shipment label for the incorrect ones. I had the correct blades within a couple of days. I consider that excellent customer service! A+
Recently purchased a brand new ariens.Snow blower from brand new engines received it from u, p, s, put it together. It would not run properly, did nothing but leak? Fuel ended up having to take it to a dealer for warranty work on a brand new machine contacted brand new engines where I purchased, talked to them to see if I could get some kind of money back for all the issues, and it won't be ready for another 30 days. Great experience! Found their website on Saturday evening, completed their repower form and had a response on Sunday morning. Ordered that day and received the engine on Wednesday. Perfect fit! No problems at all. Very impressed.
