Hello, We had problems getting somebody to,fix our engine that was under warranty. Brand-new engines did nothing to resolve the problems we had getting the engine fixed. We,contacted the repair shops on the list they gave us but they had a bad attitude about helping us out!,We asked brand-new engines if Briggs and stratton,would send us another engine but they,did not want to do that,for us. I received a Briggs and Stratton 7.5hp engine for my rototiler. The engine was securely packed and arrived quickly with no problems. Prior to ordering I searched for a couple of days for this particular engine with the specific info on the size of the keyway being mentioned in the specs. This info definitely saved me a lot of time and money. Brand new engines is the only one I found that offered free shipping. I will definitely purchase from them again.
