Shift told me (in writing) that they were purchasing my car, never did they mention consignment at any point in discussion or email. On the day of delivery, an hour before our appointment at Tesla, they misplaced my check and were going to need to mail a check to me afterwards. In addition, when we arrived they tried to get me to sign a contract without reviewing it and the contract said that it was not a sale it was a consignment.
