Price quote was reasonable, folks were friendly...some noticeable lack of communication and coordination. Sat at truck stop for four hours after dropping it off for the work. Walked back to find my pickup untouched...holy cow!!! All the other business I was going to do there is now lost to them. Will discourage anyone from doing business here. Post script...Wow! Thank you for responding in a great way to the last experience! Made up a lot of ground today! Will definitely come back and do business here.
Called for a shackle link. Gave the guy my length which was 4 3/8. He then asked how I measured it with an attitude. After i asked him if i offended him somehow. He then goes on to say he only make .20 cents off of these. Who cares what you make, you either have what I need or not. Will not ever call or do business with anyone like this. Lost a sell and a customer
