Super polite and professional. Our problem proved to be a mystery but the guys didn’t give up and got it narrowed down. Fixed it quickly too
I tried to install a programmable 3-way light switch and ended up tripping the breaker. I could not reset it, so I called Brand. Michea and Cody came to investigate the issue. They replaced the circuit breaker and installed the programmable switch (which I would have never been able to do, it required much more expertise than I have)! Both were very courteous and thorough in their work. Cody programmed the switch for me. It works like a charm! I would definitely use Brand for future electrical work!
Brand was able to get to our lighting issue very quickly, arrived on time and did an excellent job. We would recommend them to anyone needing a great electrician
