I have never been a gym person as I prefer active sports; however, my gf invited me to Brand Fitness in March 2024 and I’m loving it. Three trainers: Marion, Gaby & Arlene have shown great interest in my training and have provided strengthening exercises for a pre-existing injury. Now I regularly attend Brand Fitness.
I had a terrible experience with Brand fitness. The owner showed up late and was completely unprofessional, rushing through the entire process and providing inaccurate information. The explanation of the InBody scan scale machine was so rushed that it made no sense. When I asked for a refund because the test results were clearly inaccurate, she refused to give me a full refund and only returned less than half of what I paid.
