I have brought a lot of items to Brand Elevations, blankets, and jackets to be embroidered. Everything was great at first, but a lot of mistakes were being made. I brought a blanket to be embroidered for a wedding gift. They created a sample of the font on a piece of cloth and everything was perfect. They called me on a Monday to let me know it was finished and when I picked it up on Wednesday, the owner said, "I hope you are in a good mood today" as I walked in.
