I met with Jenna in the Mount Juliet office for almost 6 months. She was awesome! She helped me identify things I never realized were the root cause of my struggles. The recommendations of strategies for thought processes and learning how to cope with my feelings along with suggestions of books has helped me grow so much. I took a job transfer during Covid-19 and when she reached out to see how I was doing she gave me recommendations for counseling in my new city!
