I hired Tom Branch and later in my case he had his assistant take his place at a mediation meeting for no apparent reason. This assistant proved to be incompetent, nervous and not fully informed of the important details of my case. This made for a few embarrassing moments and fruitless mediation time.. I cried a river after.
