This place & York house is completely dead -NO/very poor Medical services. Almost impossible to get a GP appointment no matter how serious is the medical condition. Wasting patient time by sending wrong messages for appointment timings. Total wastage of tax payers money, need urgent attention by the Govt/Law makers. They deserve negative rating, if possible.
Worst GP surgery in Surrey, confirmed by the local pharmacies also. Negligent GP's. No care or consideration for its patients. Rude and lying reception staff coving for GP's that are rarely present. Never any appointments. This Surgery is diabolical. CQC need to review the way this place works. NHS ombudsman needs to investigate this surgery. Pals reporting system needs to be in place for GP surgeries. No wonder it stars at one, should really star a zero.
