I filled out the online form to have a 20' tree cut down. I did not need it cut up or hauled, just dropped. Kevin Palmer got back to me very timely, with a minimum quote of $500+. I responded back that I could not afford that as I had previously told him I was on disability and had a very limited budget. I thanked Kevin for his quote. It should have ended there. I'm rating Branch Out Tree Service with 5 stars only because I can't give them six. We had a large maple tree with a widening split that was threatening our garage. Kevin responded within hours. After reviewing the pictures sent, he rearranged his work schedule and took down the tree the next day. He also removed brush piles and a dead branch from another maple tree threatening the driveway, all without asking! Cleanup was immaculate. Kevin combines very quick response with professional and thorough work, it's a pleasure to work with him and his son. We had a storm that knocked down most of a tree at 7:00 AM, they had the tree totally removed and cleaned up by 1:00 that day.
