I hired Branch Law Firm to handle my divorce. My ex-wife and I are on pretty amicable terms, meaning there was no need to duke anything out in court. Because of this, I can't comment on how they operate inside the courtroom. Christa, Deborah and John were the ones I dealt with the most on the phone and via email. Absolutely horrible experience! Simple child support termination request case. Waited 7 months and couldn’t even get a court date on the calendar. All my requests for updates went ignored. Paid $1200 to accomplish nothing, complete waste of money and time. This is a money trap 100%. I would never recommend this law firm to my worst enemy. Do not use this law firm!!!

Worst experience. Simple divorce, no disputes whatsoever. $8000 later and a year later and nothing has happened. My husbands lawyer only charged him $1200 over this same period. They had no explanation for the discrepancy. Communication is horrible, they won’t reply to emails and don’t expect updates about the case. I’m in the process of firing them but even that is difficult because they don’t communicate.

I hadn’t read the reviews before going w this firm. The reviews about lack of communication are correct. I have reached out 3 times for updates on my case and have not received an update. Will update review as this plays out.
