Having to register a vehicle to park in a drive way you pay rent for is actually quite insane. Will be moving the first chance we get!
Absolutely do your research before you move in here! It's the absolute worst. They only care about money not the tenant. No improvement to the trailer park. It's run down rules only apply to certain people. And the new parking is horrible. People pay for the lot they rent and now have to pay to park in a place they already rent. They will continue to put new fees for this and that with no reason. And if you own your trailer forget about getting a month to month lease. They do the most to people who keep the business going. Leaving 0 stars seems more reasonable. The property manager is rude and talks down to tenants. They raise prices without notice and dont make any improvements. Its gotten worse, if anything. My family lived here for many, many years and can say from experience that living so close to Fernald Preserve WILL cause cancer. I have had numerous neighbors get cancer after living here for so long and pets die of cancer. They recently began towing cars, even visitor cars!
