Leaving 0 stars seems more reasonable. The property manager is rude and talks down to tenants. They raise prices without notice and dont make any improvements. Its gotten worse, if anything. My family lived here for many, many years and can say from experience that living so close to Fernald Preserve WILL cause cancer. I have had numerous neighbors get cancer after living here for so long and pets die of cancer. They recently began towing cars, even visitor cars! I have lived here 15 years. Lori is the best manager BH has ever had. Love the new towing permits
this place charges treats tenants like absolute crap I wouldn't recommend moving in unless its a last resort.
