This clinic is tiny, with only two doctors to handle over FOURTEEN HUNDRED patients. The staff is rude, and it takes weeks to get an appointment. It has minimal services, so there is no point in going here. The staff sends you to the emergency room in most cases, which is double the cost of an off-post PCM. This place closes at 1600, and their telehealth is limited, and it takes days for a response. If you are forced to go here because of the Tricare 30-minute rule, beg and plead to let Tricare continue to let you off-post. ... read more
