Very helpful
1st draft of the closing statement was received 10 minutes before closing. It contained errors resulting in a 48 hour delay due to a national holiday bank. Buyers were underfunded. I would not recommend this provider. Delays, errors equal stress.
It was very good, we felt we were meeting with professionals, the team was very good at what they were doing. Both parties had to sign the papers that were made. They always greeted me with a nice smile and offered me coffee and water. I felt at home with this team. It was a great experience.
