Have used them in the past. Armando did a great job. Vacuumed before hand and cleaned up afterwards. Carpet is nice and clean. Thanks.
They ruined our $5,000 Restoration Hardware furniture. They do not know what they are doing. My wife asked them if it would be bad to steam the couch with the covers on because we had colored feathers inside. They said it would be just fine. 24 hours later our furniture turned orange and this Chem-dry location refuses to take responsibility.
