I've been seeing Dr. Jeffries for almost a year now. I just had my first missed appointment because I was running late. I was running late because she asked me to switch my appointment time to something more convenient for her. I went from seeing her Saturday afternoon, to 7:30am on a Thursday, when I'm trying to get out the door for work.
