My experience with Branch Ave Tire and Auto Shop in March 2025 was extremely disappointing. I brought my vehicle in for a leaking water pump, which Bob claimed had been repaired. I paid a substantial amount for the service, but the issue was not resolved—the car continued to have problems shortly after. When I contacted the shop, the customer service was terrible. I worked with Bob when he was the service manager at Goodyear a long, long time ago. He's serviced our family vehicles over the years and is a blessing. He's an honest man and devoted to his clients. Just look at his shop; it's always packed to the gills! That speaks volumes in itself.
Bob does quality work quickly and at a fair price. It's also appreciated that he does the work you request, and he doesn't try to "upsell" extras that you don't need at the time.
Quick and honest work. Bob treated me fairly thoroughout the entire process and made my Tacoma driveable again after a recent collision. Thank you again.
