I really liked Dr. Brancazio. I found him to be caring and sensitive. Although it's been several years since I've been his patient, I just can't understand the one star rating.

This doctor seems to not take the pain of black patients seriously which is one of the major issues we have today. Very dismissive of symptoms and patient diagnosis.

After having covid, I’ve been left with terrible nerve pain and weakness in my shoulder, down my arm and numbness in my fingers. Saw him and he did an EMG. Afterwards he just stood there, said the EMG was normal and that I should see him again in a month! A month! He dismissed me, was cold, and not caring at all. I left his office with no plan to help me with my pain, weakness and numbness. He clearly does not care about his patients. Will not be going back.

Told me my hands hurt and are numb from carpal tunnel despite telling him I saw a hand specialist the day before who said my wrists and hands had no structural issues at all and thought the issue was spinal. Told me I probably didn’t have a seizure because no one was there to watch when every other doctor I’ve told the story too was sure it was.
