Nice amenities and decent apartments; most have balconies as well
I have lived around byu for 4 years now and Branbury has had the most unhelpful management by far! The building look nice but just have a slab of new paint. Underneath, the apartments are old, outdated, and disgusting. Major bug problems in the summer! The only positive thing about this place is the maintenance staff is super nice and on top of it and the Cami at the branbury retreat is sweet! Management has gone downhill in recent years.
I enjoyed living here when I first moved here but things went down hill after our apartment got flooded. I payed renter insurance through the Branbury and they did nothing to replace damages. They referred my roomates and I to the contract where is basically says they’re not liable, shady to say the least. They didn’t have a third party come and clean the damages from the flood.
