I hired Branam James Const/Rest through my home owners subsidiary in Dec 2018 to repair damage to a rental property caused by hurricane Michael in Oct 2018. A brief synopsis of my experience is as follows, repairs didn't start until March/April 2020, the house remained unlivable at the time due to mold and other damage yet to be addressed. If I could give 0 stars I would! Branham James construction and restoration is the WORST and most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. They were hired to do a kitchen renovation in our home in November 2021… it’s now August 2022, the job is incomplete, we are left with an unfinished kitchen as well as damage to every single cabinet they installed, nobody from the company responds to our inquiries including our sales person Kelly and our project manager Kevin… and the icing on the cake… James Branham falsified informatio... read more

This is an update to an ongoing lack of attention by Branam James to a job they were hired to do in December 2018, a job that remains incomplete. My house was substantially damaged by Hurricane Michael in Oct 2018, through my home owners Ins Co I hired Branam James Const/Rest in Dec 2018 to do the repairs. Long story short, hired in 2018 to repair hurricane damage. The house sat untouched until repair started in March 2020, that phase of repair ended in April 2020. It's now Sept 2021, repairs have yet to be complete and the roof put on last year leaks so there is new interior damage. So, the roof put on last year leaks, leading to new interior damage, not to mention the other repairs needed. Going on three years now, not bad for almost 78k dollars and all I get is the run around. Don't make the mistake I did!!

Almost a year later and still waiting on our Florida room to be redone. Jimmy lies just to get you to have them start the work... "once we get going to will be quick" he told me... another in a long list of lies. Now the drywall has been ready to install for over 2 months and they will not get back to me even though they've been paid. There's also issues with the work they've already done.
